About
Alexandra Beauregard joined the LSE Department of Management’s Employment Relations and Organisational Behaviour Group in autumn 2005. Prior to taking up her current position at the LSE, Alexandra was Lecturer in Management (Organisational Behaviour and HRM) at the University of Surrey’s School of Management. Before commencing postgraduate study, Alexandra worked in social policy for the Government of Canada’s Department of Industry, Department of Citizenship and Immigration, and the Canadian Human Rights Commission. She is a member of the editorial review board for the British Journal of Management and for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion: An International Journal and an associate member of the Diversity and Equality in Careers and Employment Research Centre based at Norwich Business School at the University of East Anglia.
